We recently had an excellent experience with Alpha Elite Roofing, which replaced our 22-year-old roof. Our contact was Kevin, who was super-thorough and responsive, answering all of our questions via text, email and in-person meetings. He explained the entire process step by step. When the day arrived, the crew was on the roof by 6:30 a.m., staying until just after 8 p.m., pretty much finishing the whole job in one day. (They returned the next morning for finishing details and more cleanup). The roof looks great and we’d highly recommend Alpha Elite.
Roughly 5 years ago, Alpha Elite Roofing (AER) put a new roof on my house and did a great job. When talking to Andrew and his team then, they informed me that they also install rain gutters. My house has a 50' eave on the second story that needed a gutter added to move the run-off from falling directly behind my house. I called AER and they had a technician come by the next day to do a consultation. Within 6 hours they reached back out to me with a quote and various times they could come by to install the new gutter. The following day, the installers came to our house and installed a 50' one-piece gutter that matched our trim paint. I appreciate the professionalism AER takes in customizing the gutter to ensure it was one piece (no seams), properly sized, and color matched to my house. I have recommended Alpha Elite to several friends and all of them have been pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. I highly encourage anyone looking for a roof, to reach out to them. You won't be disappointed.

Kevin and his team at Alph Elite Roofing tackled a difficult Solar PV system removal and roof replacement with such professionalism and provided a great roof designed for Houston’s challenging weather and winds at a price point hard to compete with. Brandi is the best. She made the process of getting a new roof so much easier even when our insurance tried to deny our insurance claim. Brandi fought for us and got us completely covered, she's the best!

As a local business owner myself, I am very selective and very critical of other businesses that I hire to work for me. I expect fast communication, integrity, prices that are in line with the market and quality expected, pro-active thinking, and for the work to be done in a timely manner. Alpha Elite Roofing not only met but far exceeded my expectations. The only thing that held up our project was our insurance company tried everything in the book to deny our claim (even though it was obvious we had a legitimate claim) over many months and Brandi and Andrew fought for us every step of the way, and eventually we won our case, and the insurance paid our claim. Within a dew days of approval and funding, our roof was complete along with a few othe items we needed to have done that Alpha Elite was also able to handle. I can not recommend them enough, and have sent them several new clients already, and will send them many more.

Choosing a contractor should be easy, but it’s not. Most companies will bid a job just to secure it and then you don’t hear from them for months. Not Alpha Elite, they do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Highly recommended.

Great company and great people! After a recent hurricane left us with gaping holes in our already aging roof, we were freaking out because the rain was going to be coming soon, and we didn't want our house to get ruined. I literally just googled local roofers around League City, TX and after 2 recommended roofers didn't answer the phone, Scott with Alpha Elite answered. He said he was on a roof nearby at the moment but as soon as he finished, he would come by and put tarps up for us. And a couple hours later he showed up and did just that. And he didn't charge us for them either. He said he was just trying to help neighbors. After fighting with my insurance company to cover it for about 2 months, they finally did and Scott was the first person I called. They did a great job, so much that when we got our patio added on later, we called them to do the gutters for us. And they did a great job with that as well. Communication was excellent. Quality of work was excellent, and price was excellent. I have nothing but positive stuff to say about them, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs a roof in the future. This is a top notch crew! Kevin and his crew were professional, courteous, efficient, and did an absolutely amazing job on my new roof. From the moment Kevin came out for the estimate through the completion of the job, I knew I was in good hands. For me to write a recommendation/review, I have to be overwhelmingly satisfied with the job and that is the reason for this post. We had several leaks in our roof so I received bids from three companies, one of which was Alpha Elite Roofing. We did not choose Alpha Elite Roofing based purely on pricing but rather on the entire package (presentation, professionalism, other reviews). Not only is the company first class, Travis Jordan, our Project Manager, is what sealed my decision. During my consideration of using them, I asked Travis to have the owner of the company, Andrew, call me. About an hour or so later, Andrew called and he too was a delight to speak with. The day the work was to begin, Travis was at my house at 6:30am to greet the roofing crew and stayed all day to ensure the job was going well. He returned on day two to do the same. I would go outside to check the progress and often found Travis picking up roofing material, inspecting the work, and helping where he could. I can't say enough great things about Travis and how delightful he was to work with. Not only did we gain a relationship with Alpha Elite Roofing, we gained a friendship in the industry. Travis, Andrew, and Alpha Elite Roofing, you all are amazing and I would be honored to be reference for you all anytime. I highly recommend Alpha Elite Roofing. Their customer service is absolutely amazing! I was helping my aunt who is elderly find a roofing company that was reliable and reasonable. I am so grateful we found Alpha Elite Roofing and had Brandi assigned to the job! My aunt is selling her house and needed roofing repairs as well as other repairs done. Brandi went above and beyond all of our expectations. She had a crew out immediately to take care of all of the repairs at a very affordable price. Her dedication to her customers and extremely hard work ethic did not go unnoticed. She will also be your best advocate dealing with your insurance company. My aunt's roof looks great, and she was so happy about the roof repair because she could not tell a difference with the new shingles. Brandi was determined to make sure the new shingles matched the old ones, since they no longer made her original shingle. After experiencing yet another storm, and Brandi working tirelessly to get an approval for a new roof, my aunt was once again denied by one of the largest insurance companies. However, with Brandi's encouragement and never give up attitude we decided to appeal their decision. After months of hard work and with Brandi's endless support, my aunt was approved for a new roof and new decking! My aunt was thrilled and extremely satisfied with the new, beautiful roof! Throughout the entire process Brandi was extremely supportive and went above and beyond what any roofing contractor would be expected to do. She even helped my aunt take down her pictures and art work off of the walls before they started replacing the decking. My aunt listed her house for sale during this process, and Brandi offered her assistance with any tasks needed to get the house ready to be put on the market. She also made sure the decking and roof were completed in a timely manner, and my aunt's house sold soon after it was completed. Thank you so much Brandi for all of your hard work! We had some damage from hurricane Beryl and needed fast service so a friend recommended Scott Baimbridge and Alpha Elite. Scott came out and covered my roof and quickly gave me an estimate so we could get started on the work. The crew was fast, thoroughly cleaned up their debris from the yard, and very professional. I will definitely call Scott for all my roofing repairs.

I was looking at buying a home and called Aaron out to come and inspect the roof for me so I could have some peace of mind. Aaron was able to meet me and the seller the next day to look at the roof. He gave me peace of mind knowing there’s no damage on my roof and even offered to give me a quote to upgrade to a better shingle. I will use him for any contracting work I need done in the future and tell family and friends about him.

I called Kevin and he was able to come the same day. Using his drone he was able to check and show me in real time that my roof had no damage from the severe wind of the storm. He was very personable and nice. I would call him in the future if needed. Definitely would recommend him.
