Luis came by my house and he was very respectful and professional. He walked me through the process and made sure I understood how everything would go. No matter when I called he always made time for me. The roofers showed up at 6 am and was finished by 3 pm. They did a great job. Over-all it was a great experience. Luis has exceptional customer service skills. I would recommend Alpha Elite Roofing to anyone.

Great service and follow up! We called Kevin Baimbridge and within 48 hours they had it all fixed and squared away! They get five stars as they were competitive and their customer service was great.

Chris with Alpha Elite Roofing delivered exceptional service. He was very helpful from the beginning and very patient with all of my questions. He was very personable, friendly and made me feel confident in my choice for roof repair. On the day of our new installation, the crew arrived early and worked hard to finish that same day. Additionally, my yard was probably cleaner after they were done than before! You never would have known they were there. Great company, quick reliable service and an amazing experience.

Alpha Elite and Andrew have been amazing. He walked us through the inspection and dealing with insurance and helped us make this easy and quick. Our home looks so much nicer with the new roof. They were quick, professional, and so very nice. I can't imagine having anyone else do our roof for us. Communicating with him was quick and easy and he explained everything so well and answered our questions quickly. If we ever need roofing work done again, we will come back and I recommend them to everyone.

I have been so impressed by this company, and I love the fact that it is veteran owned. I've been working with Kevin, and he has been just amazing -professional, prompt, responsive to my questions and concerns, knowledgeable and courteous. He's gone above and beyond to make sure my home is taken care of and I am informed every step of the way. Also, he just seems like a genuinely nice person, and his demeanor has really put me at ease during the typically daunting task of replacing a roof.
